Town Planning and Project Consulting Activity.
S.I.A.C.I. Srl has been working in Rome since 1993.
Besides the town planning, historical, archaeological and environmental
research and evaluation, S.I.A.C.I. Srl is highly specialized
in town planning consulting, being active in Rome, with specific
interests in both national and international contexts. Our intervention’s
strategy on development and evaluation of urban areas, pays particular
attention to legal, environmental and archaeological regulations.
With the help of a multidisciplinary support system, we are able
to produce primary evaluations of given areas (i.e. archaeological
risks, area constraints and potentialities). In our concern, in
fact, the preliminary studies constitute an essential part in
the majority of projects, either in building construction or restorations,
guaranteeing an issue of basic importance, that is the respect
of the specific territorial values and of the existing laws.
